For buyers & sellers

Shipping & Delivery

Alleba is a marketplace venue. Each seller chooses how they deliver, where they deliver to, and what they charge. This page explains how those choices work.

1. Fulfilment options

Sellers can offer pickup, meetup or delivery. The available options and rates are shown on the seller's shop page and at checkout.

  • Pickup — the buyer collects the item from the seller's address.
  • Meetup — buyer and seller agree on a safe public meeting place.
  • Delivery — the seller sends the item through a courier or their own rider.

2. Delivery rates

Sellers set their own delivery rates. A shop may use a flat delivery fee or charge different rates for different areas such as Metro Davao, the rest of Mindanao, Visayas or Luzon. An extra shipping surcharge can be added for bulky or heavy products.

3. Delivery areas

Most Alleba sellers are based in the Philippines. Check the shop page or ask the seller through chat if you are unsure whether they can deliver to your location.

4. Processing and lead times

Each listing shows an estimated lead time when the seller provides one. Handmade, customised or made-to-order items may take longer to prepare. The seller is responsible for packing and dispatching the item within the timeframe they state.

5. Tracking and handoff

  • For courier deliveries, the seller can add a tracking number to the order.
  • For meetups, agree on a safe, public place and confirm the handoff in chat when done.
  • For pickup, arrange a time that suits both parties and bring a copy of the order code.

6. Lost or damaged shipments

Contact the seller first. If the item was shipped by courier, the seller may need to file a claim with the courier. If you cannot resolve the issue with the seller, open a support ticket from your order page.

7. Alleba's role

Alleba does not pack, ship or deliver items. We provide the tools for sellers to communicate rates, record tracking numbers and update order status. Delivery disputes are between the buyer and seller, with Alleba stepping in only when a support ticket is raised.
