Prohibited items policy

Dropshipping is not allowed on Alleba. Every item you list must be something you made to order or hold in your own stock, and you must pack and ship it yourself or hand it over in person. You may not list items that ship directly from a supplier — in the Philippines or overseas — that you never handle.

Listings identified as dropshipped are removed. Sellers who repeatedly list them are suspended under the enforcement rules below.

Alleba is for human-made designs. Products whose design or artwork was generated by AI are not allowed — this covers AI-generated prints, illustrations, patterns, character art and similar artwork sold as the product's design. Designs must be created by a person: you, or someone whose work you have the right to use.

Photos of children may appear only on listings for products made for children — children's clothing, toys, accessories and similar items — and only when a child is genuinely needed to show the product. Sellers using such a photo must be the child's parent or guardian, or hold documented consent from one, and the child's face should not be identifiable where it can be avoided (cropped, turned away or obscured).

Images of children in any other context — unrelated listings, shop banners, adverts — are not allowed. AI-generated images depicting children are banned outright, without exception.

Any suggestive, inappropriate or exploitative image of a child results in immediate removal of the listing and permanent suspension of the account, and is reported to the relevant Philippine authorities where the law requires it.

Shelf-stable food is welcome — baked goods, preserves, snacks, coffee, condiments and similar items — as long as you follow local food-handling rules and label allergens and shelf life honestly. Freshly cooked meals and anything needing a cold chain are not supported, because Alleba has no delivery network to move them safely.

• Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia and precursor chemicals.
• Firearms, ammunition, replica guns, explosives and their parts.
• Bladed weapons sold as weapons rather than as tools or crafts.
• Stolen goods, or items you cannot show you have the right to sell.

• Prescription medicines, and any drug or supplement without FDA Philippines registration.
• Unregistered cosmetics, skin-whitening products with banned ingredients, and injectables.
• Medical devices requiring a licence to sell.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, compressed gas and toxic chemicals.
• Recalled products of any kind.

• Tobacco, cigarettes, vapes, e-liquids and heated tobacco products.
• Alcoholic drinks.
• Live animals, and any wildlife, ivory, coral, shells or plants protected under Philippine or CITES rules.
• Lottery tickets, gambling services and betting accounts.
• Cash, gift-card balances, load, cryptocurrency, securities and other financial instruments.
• Services that require a professional licence, such as medical, legal or financial advice.

• Counterfeit goods and replicas, such as imitation designer bags, shoes, watches or clothing passed off as the real brand.
• Products using designs stolen or copied from another artist, maker or brand without their permission.
• Pirated media, cracked software, account logins and streaming subscriptions.
• Lists of personal data, contact databases and scraped user information.
• Government IDs, licences, diplomas, permits or uniforms.

• Adult or sexually explicit material and services.
• Items that promote hate, violence or discrimination.
• Human remains, body parts and bodily fluids.
• Multi-level marketing recruitment, chain schemes and get-rich-quick offers.

This list is not exhaustive. If your item sits in a grey area, ask us at hello@alleba.com before you publish it. We would rather answer a question than remove a listing.

Every shop page has a “Report this shop” link, and you can open a support ticket for a specific product or order. Reports are private — the seller never sees who filed one.

• First, the listing is removed and the seller is notified with the reason.
• Repeated or careless breaches lead to loss of the verified badge and a temporary suspension.
• Illegal goods, counterfeits, fraud or anything that endangers a buyer results in immediate and permanent removal, without prior notice.
• Serious matters may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
• You can appeal any action by opening a support ticket.
