REPUBLIC ACT No. 998

An Act Appropriating the Sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos for the Establishment, Maintenance and Operation of the Mindanao Institute of Technology, Created by Republic Act Numbered Seven Hundred and Sixty-Three, for the School Year Nineteen Hundred and Fifty-Four to Nineteen Hundred and Fifty Five

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The sum of two hundred thousand pesos, or so much thereof may be necessary, is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment of the Mindanao Institute of Technology, created by Republic Act Numbered Seven Hundred and sixty-three, for the school year nineteen hundred and fifty-four to nineteen hundred and fifty five.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
