Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of July, two thousand nine.
REPUBLIC ACT No. 9799
AN ACT CONVERTING THE TUNG KONG MANGGA-MUZON PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, PROVINCE OF BULACAN INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Tungkong Mangga-Muzon Provincial Road in the City of San Jose del Monte, Province of Bulacan is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
