Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of July, two thousand nine.

Republic Act No. 9795

AN ACT CONVERTING THE ILOILO CITY-LEGANES-DUMANGAS COASTAL ROAD, PROVINCE OF ILOILO INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The Iloilo City-Leganes-Dumangas Coastal Road which traverses along coastal communities in Dumangas, Leganes and Iloilo City, Province of Iloilo is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2

The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
