An Act Making the Appropriation of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pesos for the Domestic Air Mail Service Available for Expenditure to Continue the Services of Postal Employees in Manila and Provincial Post Offices to Cope with the Increased Volume of Postal Business and for the Employment of Temporary Employees, Laborers and Helpers

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The sum of one hundred and fifty thousand pesos appropriated in item H-IV-15, of Republic Act Numbered Nine hundred and six, "for the operation of the domestic air mail service in accordance with Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred and twenty-three", is made available for expenditure to continue the services of postal employees in Manila and provincial post offices to cope with the increased volume of postal business and for the employment of temporary employees, laborers and helpers.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect as of May first, nineteen hundred and fifty-four.
