Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of July, two thousand nine.
REPUBLIC ACT No. 9752
AN ACT CONVERTING THE DEMOLOC-LITTLE BAGUIO-ALABEL ROAD LINKING THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALITA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR AND THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALABEL, PROVINCE OF SARANGANI INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Demoloc-Little Baguio-Alabel Road linking the Municipality of Malita, Province of Davao del Sur and the Municipality of Alabel, Province of Sarangani is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
