REPUBLIC ACT No. 9655 July 17, 2009
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF CONCEPCION HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MALANDAY, CITY OF MARIKINA, TO MALANDAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Renaming of a National High School
The name of Concepcion High School in Barangay Malanday, City of Marikina is hereby changed to Malanday National High School.
Section 2. Effectivity
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on June 11, 2008 and May 4, 2009, respectively.
