REPUBLIC ACT No. 9489 June 27, 2007
AN ACT GRANTING PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP TO MR. JOSE R. RODRIGUEZ
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Jose R
Rodriguez is hereby granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives appurtenant thereto.
Upon the taking and registration of the oath of allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines, Jose R. Rodriguez shall enters upon the full enjoyment of Philippine citizenship.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 10, 2005 and February 19, 2007, respectively.
