REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9426 April 10, 2007

AN ACT DECLARING MARCH 8 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE ENTIRE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY TO COMMEMORATE ITS FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

To commemorate its founding anniversary as a province, March 8 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the entire Province of Compostela Valley.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
