Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

April 3 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Municipal1ty of Luisiana. Province of Laguna to celebrate the "Araw ng Lubusang Kalayaan Bilang Bayan ng Luisiana, Laguna" and the "Pandanan Festival".

Section 2

This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
