AN ACT DECLARING JANUARY 22 OF EACH YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF VIGAN, ILOCOS SUR TO COMMEMORATE ITS ANNIVERSARY AS A CITY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

January 22 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the City of Vigan, Ilocos Sur to commemorate its anniversary as a city.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days from its publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
