REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9378 March 7, 2007

AN ACT DECLARING THE FOURTH DAY OF FEBRUARY OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF MUNTINLUPA TO BE KNOWN AS "ARAW NG KALAYAAN NG MUNTINLUPA"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

February 4 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the City of Muntinlupa to be known as "Araw ng Kalayaan ng Muntinlupa" in order to commemorate the heroes of World War II who fought for the independence of Muntinlupa.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
