AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FORTY-SIX BILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX MILLION FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (P 46,426,524,000.00) AS SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR FY 2006 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Appropriations

The sum of Forty-six billion four hundred twenty-six million five hundred twenty-four thousand pesos (P 46,426,524,000.00) is hereby appropriated to supplement the FY 2006 Budget for the following purposes:
