REPUBLIC ACT No. 9352 August 04, 2006
AN ACT CONVERTING THE ANAO-RAMOS ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF ANAO AND RAMOS, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The Anao -Ramos Road in the municipalities of Anao and Ramos, Province of Tarlac, consisting of 8.4 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
