REPUBLIC ACT No. 9351

AN ACT CONVERTING THE VICTORIA-LA PAZ ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF VICTORIA AND LA PAZ, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The Victoria - La Paz Road in the municipalities of Victoria and La Paz, Province of Tarlac, consisting of 15.1 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2

The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
