REPUBLIC ACT No. 9350 August 04, 2006

AN ACT CONVERTING THE RAMOS-PURA ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF RAMOS AND PURA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The Ramos-Pura Road in the municipalities of Ramos and Pura, Province of Tarlac, consisting of 4.7 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2

The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
