REPUBLIC ACT No. 9349 August 4, 2006

AN ACT CONVERTING THE CONCEPCION CAPAS ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CONCEPCION AND CAPAS, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The Concepcion Capas Road in the municipalities of Concepcion and Capas, Province of Tarlac, consisting of 7.5 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2

The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
