REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9193 March 06, 2003

AN ACT DECLARING MARCH 7 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF TAGUM, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

It is hereby declared that March 7 of every year be a special working public holiday in the City of Tagum to enable its residents to fittingly commemorate and celebrate its foundation day.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
