REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9126 April 24, 2001

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY PANGAO-AN, MUNICIPALITY OF MAGPET, PROVINCE OF COTABATO TO BE KNOWN AS PANGAO-AN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

There is hereby created a new national high school in Barangay Pangao-an, Municipality of Magpet, Province of Cotabato to be known as Pangao-an National High School.

Section 2

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
