REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9091 April 08, 2001

AN ACT DECLARING EVERY 28th DAY OF MAY AS ARAW NG LABANAN SA ALAPAN, A SPECIAL WORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IMUS, CAVITE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

May 28 of every year is hereby declared as Araw ng Labanan sa Alapan a special working public holiday in the Municipality of Imus, Cavite, in commemoration of the historic "Labanan sa Alapan."

Section 2

This Act shall take effect immediately after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
