REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9058 April 04, 2001

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MARCOS CALO, MUNICIPALITY OF LAS NIEVES, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE TO BE KNOWN AS MARCOS CALO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Marcos Calo, Municipality of Las Nieves, Province of Agusan del Norte to be known as the Marcos Calo National High School.

Section 2

The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
