REPUBLIC ACT No. 8940 August 22, 2000
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIAT, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PIAT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Section 1
There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS), a national high school in the Municipality of Piat, Province of Cagayan, to be known as the Piat National High School.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
