AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MALABAN, BIAN, LAGUNA TO BE KNOWN AS THE NEREO R. JOAQUIN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) a national high school in Barangay Malaban, Bian, Laguna to be known as the Nereo R. Joaquin National High School.

Section 2

The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
