[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8925, August 22, 2000 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE ARAIBO HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX OF BARANGAY ARAIBO, MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE INTO THE ARAIBO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND PROVIDING APPROPRIATE FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Araibo High School Annex of Barangay Araibo, Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley Province shall be converted into and known as the Araibo National High School under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS).
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on March 27, 2000 and June 8, 2000, respectively.
