[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8860, August 22, 2000 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. ANA, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA TO BE KNOWN AS THE STA. ANA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
Establishment of the National High School.*- There shall be established a national high school in the Municipality of Sta. Ana, Province of Pampanga to be known as the Sta. Ana National High School.
Section 2
Implementing Rules and Regulations.*- The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue and publish rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Act.
Section 3
Appropriation.*- The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
Effectivity.*- This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on February 16, 2000 and May 22, 2000, respectively.
