AN ACT DECLARING THE 2ND OF AUGUST OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL WORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

August 2 of every year is hereby declared as a special working public holiday in the City of Butuan, in recognition and in commemoration of the city's charter foundation day.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
