AN ACT NAMING THE 2ND MANDAUE-MACTAN BRIDGE IN THE PROVINCE OF CEBU AS THE MARCELO B. FERNAN BRIDGE

Section 1

The 2nd Mandaue-Mactan Bridge situated in the Province of Cebu is hereby named as the Marcelo B. Fernan Bridge.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
