REPUBLIC ACT No. 8788 May 3, 2000

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTOL, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SANTOL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a vocational high school in the Municipality of Santol, Province of La Union, to be known as the Santol Vocational High School.

Section 2

The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Section 3

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
