REPUBLIC ACT No. 8781 April 27, 2000

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATAD, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BATAD NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

There shall be established a national high school in the Municipality of Batad, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the Batad National High School.

Section 2

The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Section 3

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
