REPUBLIC ACT No. 8767 March 28, 2000
AN ACT CONVERTING THE DON SERVILLANO PLATON MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TINAMBAC, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE DON SERVILLANO PLATON MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Section 1
The Don Servillano Platon Memorial High School in the Municipality of Tinambac, Province of Camarines Sur is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Don Servillano Platon Memorial National High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) is hereby directed to implement the provisions of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
