REPUBLIC ACT No. 8766 March 28, 2000

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE BARANGAY OF LOCTUGA, MUNICIPALITY OF LIBACAO, PROVINCE OF AKLAN TO BE KNOWN AS THE LOCTUGA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in the Municipality of Libacao, Province of Aklan to be known as the Loctuga National High School.

Section 2

The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
