REPUBLIC ACT No. 8764 March 28, 2000

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAGABAG, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BAGABAG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in the Municipality of Bagabag, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, to be known as the Bagabag National High School.

Section 2

The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

Section 3

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
