AN ACT CONVERTING THE BARANGAY DARAT HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PINILI, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE PINILI HIGH SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The Barangay Darat High School in the Municipality of Pinili, Province of Ilocos Norte, is hereby converted into a national high school, to be known as the Pinili National High School.

Section 2

The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

Section 3

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
