AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MAT-I, MUNICIPALITY OF NAAWAN, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MAT-I NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Mat-i, Municipality of Naawan, Province of Misamis Oriental, to be known as the Mat-i National High School.

Section 2

The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
