[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8499, February 12, 1998 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN LUIS, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE GONZALO PUYAT SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the supervision of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, a school of arts and trades in San Luis, Pampanga, to be known as the Gonzalo Puyat School of Arts and Trades.
Section 2
The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
