Republic Act No. 8445 December 29, 1997

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SAMPALOC NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAMPALOC, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a Sampaloc National High School in the Municipality of Sampaloc, Province of Quezon.

Section 2

The Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) shall issue such rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
