[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8443, December 26, 1997 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SAN ROQUE, MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO, BATANGAS, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN ROQUE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The San Roque National High School in Barangay San Roque, Municipality of Rosario, Province of Batangas, is hereby established.
Section 2
The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall take the necessary steps for the immediate implementation of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, Lapsed into law on December 26, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
