[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8442, December 26, 1997 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN QUEENS ROW SUBDIVISION, MUNICIPALITY OF BACOOR, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE EASTERN BACOOR NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Queens Row Subdivision, Municipality of Bacoor, Province of Cavite, to be known as the Eastern Bacoor National High School.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, Lapsed into law on December 26, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
