[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8430, December 15, 1997 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MUNAI, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MUNAI NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a municipal high school in the Municipality of Munai, Province of Lanao del Norte, to be known as the Munai National High School.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, Lapsed into law on December 15, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
