AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CAPACUJAN, MUNICIPALITY OF PALAPAG, SECOND DISTRICT OF NORTHERN SAMAR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CAPACUJAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8428, December 15, 1997 ]

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Capacujan, Municipality of Palapag, Second District of Northern Samar, to be known as the Capacujan National High School.

Section 2

The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall implement this Act so as to make the school in operation during the first school term after the effectivity of this Act.

Section 3

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, Lapsed into law on December 15, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
