AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF KITCHARAO, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE, TO BE KNOWN AS KITCHARAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
A national high school is hereby established in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Kitcharao, Province of Agusan del Norte, to be known as the Kitcharao National High School.
Section 2
The Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
