AN ACT CONVERTING THE STA. FE MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL AT BARANGAY STA. FE, MUNICIPALITY OF BORONGAN, PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE STA. FE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Sta
Fe Municipal High School at Barangay Sta. Fe, Municipality of Borongan, Province of Eastern Samar, is hereby converted into a national high school, to be known as the Sta. Fe National High School.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, Lapsed into law on November 22, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
