AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY TAY-AC, MUNICIPALITY OF BANTAY, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS TAY-AC NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Tay-ac, Municipality of Bantay, Province of Ilocos Sur, to be known as Tay-ac National High School.

Section 2

The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the rules and regulations to implement this Act.

Section 3

The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, Lapsed into law on November 22, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
