[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8374, August 11, 1997 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLAVERIA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CLAVERIA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Department of Education, Culture and Sports, hereinafter referred to as the DECS, shall establish a national high school in the Municipality of Claveria, Province of Cagayan, to be known as the Claveria National High School.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
