[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8327, June 30, 1997 ]
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAPANDAN, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MAPANDAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established a national high school in the Municipality of Mapandan, Province of Pangasinan, to be known as the Mapandan National High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, Lapsed into law on June 30, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
