AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUBAO, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE LUBAO VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS), a vocational school in the Municipality of Lubao, Province of Pampanga, to be known as the Lubao Vocational School.

Section 2

The Secretary of the Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Act.

Section 3

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on June 30, 1997 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27 (1), Article VI of the Constitution.
