AN ACT CREATING A BARANGAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY ALEGRIA, MUNICIPALITY OF MURCIA, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BARANGAY ALEGRIA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established a barangay national high school in Barangay Alegria, Municipality of Murcia, Province of Negros Occidental, to be known as the Barangay Alegria National High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, Lapsed into law on November 15, 1996, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
