AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE LAPUYAN CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAPUYAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA, DEL SUR, TO ANTONIO V. APOSTOL, SR. MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The name of the Lapuyan Central Elementary School in the Municipality of Lapuyan, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, is hereby changed to Antonio V. Apostol, Sr., Memorial Elementary School

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon it approval.

Approved, Lapsed into law on September 05, 1996, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
