AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF EASTERN VISAYAS SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL IN CANDAHUG, PALO, LEYTE, TO PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL-EASTERN VISAYAS CAMPUS

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The name of the Eastern Visayas Science High School in Candahug, Palo, Leyte, shall be changed to Philippine Science High School-Eastern Visayas Campus.

Section 2

The students of the Philippine Science High School-Eastern Visayas Campus shall enjoy the same benefits and privileges as the students of the Philippine Science High School in Diliman, Quezon City.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on June 15, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
